This page explains how IFZshop handles shipping for orders delivered to the United States. Please read the information below before placing an order so you know where your package ships from, how shipping fees are calculated, and how long delivery may usually take.
Shipping Destination
IFZshop mainly serves customers in the United States. Orders placed on our website are arranged for delivery to valid addresses within the United States.
Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from China. After your order is received, the products will be checked, packed, and handed over to the shipping carrier for international delivery to the United States.
Shipping Fee
Orders of $60.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
For orders below $60.00, a flat shipping fee of $5.00 will be charged.
The final shipping cost will be shown during checkout before you complete your payment.
Daily Order Cut-Off Time
The daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (UTC+8).
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (UTC+8) on a business day will usually start processing on the same day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or during public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Order Processing Time
Order processing usually takes 1–3 business days.
This includes order confirmation, product inspection, packing, and preparation before the package is handed over to the carrier. During busy periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Time
After the package has been shipped, delivery to the United States usually takes 7–15 business days.
The exact delivery time may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, carrier workload, weather conditions, and local delivery arrangements.
Estimated Total Delivery Time
For most United States orders, the estimated delivery time is:
Processing time: 1–3 business days
Shipping time: 7–15 business days
Estimated total time: 8–18 business days
These delivery times are estimates. They may change because of customs checks, carrier delays, holidays, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address used when placing the order, if tracking is available for your shipment.
Tracking updates may not appear immediately after shipment. For international packages, it is common for tracking to pause while the parcel is in transit between countries or waiting for customs clearance.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order. This includes the recipient name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, and email address.
If the address is incorrect or incomplete, the package may be delayed, returned, or unable to be delivered. Any extra cost caused by incorrect address information may need to be paid by the customer.
